How do I order a Jennie Kwon piece?

If we have the piece you are after on site, simply check out as normal. We will then speak to the Jennie Kwon team to arrange for your piece to be created. 

How long does delivery take?

The typical time from when you place your order to receiving it is 3.5 weeks, so you will see that we say 3-4 weeks across the site. 

 

This is made up of a 2 week production time for your item in Los Angeles, shipping time to the Stone Hearts studio in London for a once over to check everything is tip top (and for much swooning whilst we sort out customs fees) and then posting to you on a next day tracked service.

Will I have to pay Customs & Duties charges?

Nope! We take care of that for you. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you'll pay.

 

Please note, this is for UK customers only. ROW customers will be responsible for their country's fees.

What is the process for customising a design?

If you have something specific in mind, just use the contact form below and give us as much information as possible. We will mock up a visual (if you require) and confirm the price with the Jennie Kwon team. 

 

Once you are ready to go ahead, a custom order will be set up so you go through the secure checkout service on site.

Is international shipping available at the store?

Yes! International shipping is available on a fast and tracked service.
